MANTRAS & SHLOKAS

The word mantra (मंत्र) is derived from two Sanskrit words— manas (mind) and tra (tool). Mantra literally means ‘a tool for the mind’, and was designed to help practitioners experience a deeper level of spirituality.

Shlokas (श्लोक) is a poetic form used in Sanskrit to communicate key value-based messages and philosophical concepts.

Chanting mantras & shlokas without understanding the meaning significantly reduces their efficacy. Therefore, we focus on teaching the overall meaning (gist) of the mantra / shloka along with relevant everyday examples, helping learners internally relate to them
