To gain such an expertise, it is recommended that 2-3 years be exclusively devoted to learn Sanskrit by studying ‘Ashtadhyayi’ the treatise written by the great grammarian – Rishi Panini. Mastering the intricacies of Sanskrit grammar indeed brings with it great insight into language structures in general.

At VSS, we however focus on teaching children basic spoken Sanskrit, which will help them in understanding the overall gist of the Vedic scriptures in English or Hindi.
